DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
No, we do not currently ship orders. In accordance with Minnesota Cottage Food Law, products must be sold locally.
If you're not local, you can still support MollyBakes by following us on social media!
DO YOU DELIVER?
In most cases, we can deliver! Make sure to mention that you're interested in delivery when you contact us, and let us know where you'd like your order delivered. With this information, we can let you know if you're within our delivery area and what the delivery charge will be.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?
Good question! We prefer if you order at least two weeks ahead of your event. This way, we have time to talk through design and details without rushing the process.
If you do need to order with less than two weeks notice, we will do our best to fit you in.
CAN I PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER?
Short answer: absolutely!!
We are a custom bakery and will fulfill special orders as often as we can. Don't see what you're looking for in our Menus section? Contact us and we're happy to help make your dessert dreams come true!
HOW DO I ORDER?
Use the "contact us" section or email mollybakes.msp@gmail.com to begin the order process. We'll ask for details about what you're looking to order to generate a quote for you to review. If you'd like to move forward, full payment is required to hold your date.
WHAT DOES "MN COTTAGE FOOD PRODUCER" MEAN?
Being a cottage food producer means we're registered with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture as a home bakery. We prepare and sell only NON-potentially hazardous food and our products are not subject to state inspection. We take food safety course and adhere to these regulations to ensure that our desserts are safe and delicious for our customers.
HOW DOES ORDER PICKUP WORK?
When you place an order, you'll schedule a pickup appointment. If you're more than 30 minutes late to this appointment, a $20 late fee will need to be paid before the order is released to you. A new pickup time/date may also be set based on the availability of MollyBakes.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept payment through either Venmo or Paypal. After you receive a quote, you'll pay the full balance to reserve the date of your order. A $20 fee will be due for pickups more than 30 minutes late.
